Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

Sydney Andrews wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we offer a lifetime replacement guarantee.  Because this guarantee is offered by Sydney Andrews directly, please contact the company with any questions you may have. 

For a product issue arising within 1-year of purchase, your item will be replaced and shipped back at no charge

For a product issue arising after 1-year from purchase date, there will be a handling charge as follows – Earrings: $5, all other items: $10

A dated copy of the customer order form must accompany all replacements

Sydney Andrews reserves the right to repair the item or replace it with an item of equal or greater value, if the same item is no longer available

Exchanges

We want our customers to be happy with their Sydney Andrews purchase – so, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have ordered and received, the Company will exchange that item for another item of your choosing within 30 calendar days from the original shipping date. If the item selected in exchange is less than the item originally purchased, there will be no refund of the difference. If the item requested in exchange is of greater value than the originally ordered item, then the customer will be responsible for the cost difference plus all taxes.  All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure that all items shipped to our customers will arrive in perfect condition.  Should an item arrive with any damage, you should contact the Company within 10 calendar days from the original ship date, for a return postage tag and a replacement will be sent free of charge.

Refunds

Due to the nature of direct selling where commissions and hostess rewards are provided based on product sales, the company does not offer refunds.  Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it within 30-days of purchase date – see Exchanges section

Credit/Debit Card Information

For those customers paying with a debit or credit card, please know that your card may be charged prior to shipment of your order. Items are typically shipped within 7 days of the date your credit/debit card is charged.

Jewelry Materials

Sydney Andrews jewelry is lead and nickel safe but is not intended to be worn by children under 17 years of age. Our products are hand made or hand assembled using quality materials including: beads (crystal, glass, synthetic, turquoise), enamels, metal alloy castings and freshwater pearls. All of our hand-strung necklaces and bracelets feature Soft Flex 21-strand coated wire to ensure maximum flexibility and strength. Our goal is to deliver items consistent with the representation in our catalog, website and consultant samples, however, some variations may occur.
