Shipping & Sales Tax

The following information applies to orders placed on-line through www.sydneyandrews.com or an associated consultant website or party site.

Shipping

Unless otherwise noted, all customer orders will be shipped via USPS which typically delivers in 2-4 days.  We will strive to ship customer orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders associated with a party may take longer as orders are not transmitted to the company until the party is finalized by the Consultant.  This may cause the delivery times to increase. Questions regarding the status of party orders should be directed to your Sydney Andrews Consultant.

Retail Order Shipping Charges

We charge $5.95 shipping & handling for all individual retail jewelry orders regardless of order size. For orders placed through a hosted party, the shipping charge may be less depending on where the order is being delivered. We offer bulk shipping for orders sent to a single location (hostess or consultant) at at rate of $2.95 per individual customer order, regardless of order size.

Sales Tax

Sydney Andrews maintains a physical presence in many states through our independent Consultant network. In states where we have representation, we are obligated by law to collect sales tax based on the location where our products are shipped to.  In those states where we do not have representation or there is no State Sales Tax, none will be collected.

For all items shipped to locations in the State of Colorado,  the tax rate will be 4.35% based on order processing at our corporate offices located in unincorporated Arapahoe County, Colorado.

In states where sales tax is collected, tax will be charged on both the product and the shipping & handling charge.
