Limited Product Guarantee

Sydney Andrews guarantees its products to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase.  Sydney Andrews reserves the right to repair the item or replace it with an item of equal or greater value, if the same item is no longer available.

Should you have a warranty claim, please contact Sydney Andrews for shipping information.  A dated copy of the customer order form must accompany all warranty returns.

For a product issue arising within 30 of purchase, The Company will cover all shipping costs related to the return and replacement of the item

For a product issue arising after 30 days of purchase, the customer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back and The Company will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We want our customers to be happy with their Sydney Andrews purchase – so, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have ordered and received, the Company will exchange that item for another item of your choosing within 30 calendar days from the original shipping date. If the item selected in exchange is less than the item originally purchased, there will be no refund of the difference. If the item requested in exchange is of greater value than the originally ordered item, then the customer will be responsible for the cost difference plus all taxes.  All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure that all items shipped to our customers will arrive in perfect condition.  Should an item arrive with any damage, you should contact the Company within 10 calendar days from the original ship date, for a return postage tag and a replacement will be sent free of charge.

Refunds

Due to the nature of direct selling where commissions and hostess rewards are provided based on product sales, the company does not offer refunds.  Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it within 30-days of purchase date – see Exchanges section

Credit/Debit Card Information

For those customers paying with a debit or credit card, please know that your card may be charged prior to shipment of your order. Items are typically shipped within 7 days of the date your credit/debit card is charged.
