How do I get more people to my home jewelry parties?

That’s great! You’ve identified a friend who wants to have a party! Maybe she’s a mom of your child’s friend from school or someone from the neighborhood. You know she’s social, fun and has a great network of friends. How can you, the consultant, help your hostess plan a successful party – helping and training the hostess is the key to party attendance and participation which will lead to higher sales.

I recommend the consultant obtain the invite list and sends each person a mailed invitation/postcard and a reminder call three days prior to the party. This is in addition to using Evite, which is a great, free online party scheduling tool. You can tell the guests that it will be a fun and relaxed ladies night out with special product offers. I also recommend a party theme -who doesn’t like to dress up or get in the spirit of things? I just went to a Senoritas and Magaritas party a few nights ago and it was fantastic to be at a Cinco De Mayo Fiesta party!

One of our new consultants, Sarah, who we are very excited to have onboard, gives the hostess a party packet with a checkoff list to ensure a successful party. The checkoff list encourages her hostesses to:

-Start Inviting Everyone you know. The more who attend, the more free and discounted jewelry they earn!
-Evite anyone who’s email address you have (don’t forget to include the consultant)
-Ask ladies who cannot attend if they would like to place an outside order – they can check out the products on the website or through a catalog prior to the party.

Tell your friends they will receive one raffle entry for each of the following…
-Bring a guest not on the guest list
-Arrive to the party by the scheduled start time!
-Come to the party without any jewelry on.
-Book their own home party

A few days prior to the party:
-Make the calls to remind the attendees about the party.
-Explain to the guests the rewards for the hosts for having the party and the great opportunity to be gained by joining the Sydney Andrews team!

Hope this information is useful…Good luck in having successful parties!
