As a Sydney Andrews Consultant, you will work with your jewelry party hostess to ensure their event is successful. You will also learn to create life-long relationships with your customers for residual sales.
How Much Can You Make?
You will earn a minimum of 30% of the retail selling price on all your sales starting your first day. The following chart provides an example of the commission opportunity as a Sydney Andrews Consultant:

Bonus Commission Program
Bonus Commissions are earned during each 12 month period following your start/anniversary date. After achieving a bonus level, commissions are paid at that level thereafter for the balance of the 12 month period beginning with the start/anniversary date . Bonus commissions will be paid based on the following:

A Sydney Andrews Exclusive: You will benefit from your bonus level immediately upon accomplishment and through the balance of your anniversary year period. Plus, you’ll retain this level for an additional 12 month period beginning with your anniversary date and may continue to increase your level during that time through total sales. If you do not reach a bonus level within that next 12 month period, you will revert back to the base commission level. This means that you don’t lose your bonus level just because the calendar changes.
Fast Start Opportunity
During your first four(4) months as a Sydney Andrews Consultant, you can achieve bonus commission levels with only half the required sales. As a new consultant, reach the Silver Level with only $2,500 in sales or the Gold level with just $5,000 in sales. Remember, you keep your bonus level for the remainder of your first 12 months as a consultant and throughout the following 12 month period.
Your First Full Month
During you first full calendar month (balance of current month plus all of the next calendar month) you and your sponsor are eligible to receive $100 in FREE Jewelry of your choice, when you achieve $700 of retail sales. This is a great way to increase your jewelry samples.
Bulk Order Discount Program
For Consultants who do shows, table events, etc. you now have the option of purchasing SA products at discount pricing (no commissions paid). This program is in addition to the current party program which will remain in it’s entirety. Here are the details:

This program provides the “best of both worlds” you have our main program to support your efforts to generate sales through parties and the Bulk Ordering Discount Program to support inventory needs for cash and carry sales – This is a real Win-Win!
No Sales Quotas or Volume Requirements
As a Sydney Andrews Consultant you have complete flexibility to run your business as the pace that is comfortable with you. Your only obligation to remain an active Consultant is to maintain your web services subscription.

For some of you, we KNOW it will be tough to keep Sydney Andrews to yourself. You will want to develop a team of leaders just like yourself! If you choose to assist others in becoming Sydney Andrews consultants and help lead them to success, you can earn additional commissions and bonuses based on the total efforts of your team.
