Earn a minimum of 30% commission on ALL your sales. This includes sales from home parties as well as orders direct from your customers. You can generate additional bonuses and commissions (up to 50%) based on achievement of target goals and earn sales override commissions by referring other consultants to the Sydney Andrews family.

Consultants who host their own parties or shows can earn free jewelry for themselves or to use as giveaways to attract new party participants and potential hosts.
